These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BetaData app, website and services. By creating an account or using BetaData, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use BetaData. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
3. Services
- Buying data bundles and airtime for all major networks.
- Airtime-to-cash conversion.
- Payment of bills including electricity, cable TV and education pins.
- Creation and use of Naira and Dollar virtual cards.
4. Fees & Transactions
Applicable fees are shown before you confirm a transaction. Transactions are generally irreversible once completed; please confirm all details before proceeding. We are not liable for losses arising from incorrect information you provide.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use BetaData for any unlawful, fraudulent or abusive activity, or in a way that could damage or impair the service.
6. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law, or where required for security or regulatory reasons.
7. Limitation of Liability
BetaData is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
